Fairy-theme Birthday

Some of my later projects, my girl’s birthday treats.  Vanilla layered cake with italian meringue buttercream.  The decoration is a collaboration of  fondant designs and edible painting, with a pretty little fairy gum paste on the top.

Oh, and I am so having fun trying the cake pops pans “Bake Pop Cake Pop pan” which apparently does great!  Made the cake pop baking was so much quicker than before and I totally can use ANY recipes with it.  I bought it at our local Fred Meyer so I didn’t have to go through the hassle of online order whatsoever.  Nowadays, I really try to only buy and use gadgets, appliances and anything above and beyond by reading or hearing professional recommendations or story from real people rather than just swallowing the commercials.  So, it was really a pleasant fact to find out this cake pop pan IS doing good!
